Pedagogy vs. Andragogy:

Professors often speak of pedagogy as if it
means "one's style of teaching"; however, in terms
of adult learning theory, pedagogy means
something completely different, as does the term
andragogy. This presentation provides a clear
understanding of the meanings of both pedagogy
and andragogy, as well guides professors as to
how to appropriately use each when teaching
adult learners.
