Working to facilitate applied capstone
projects or active learning with virtual or
semi-virtual students can be incredibly
rewarding for both students and faculty. We
will discuss examples of online graduate and
residential undergraduate student applied
projects, how the facilitation of these active
learning pieces has had to adapt due to
COVID restrictions, student feedback after
completing these types of projects, and our
biggest lessons learned that support the
most meaningful experience for students.
